Oh one more quick item on Borland Builder versus VS2005

by @ 3:24 am on 11/11/2005.

I forgot to mention in my previous post on Visual Studio 2005 versus Borland Builder the .NET stuff in case for some reason I wanted to use .NET.

Borland Builder 2006 will do .NET. It will compile C++, Delphi, and C#. Unfortunately it initially will only handle framework 1.1. Obviously they couldn’t build a product launched in October and in customers hands by December based on a framework that didn’t get released to production until November. They do have a timeline for updates though.
