What is joeware?
It is software that I (joe), have written and made available elsewhere on this web site. Most of it is for free use in the literal use of the word free… you don’t have to pay me to use it. It isn’t free in the GNU sense in that I am not sharing source code. It isn’t GNU, it won’t ever be GNU, don’t bother.
