My sister Shannon has gone global with her art company. She has done work in her local area for years and I finally convinced her to set up a web page and start peddling her talent there as well.

I don’t produce much artwork anymore, well except for the utilities I write and the work I do on the house and some photo doctoring for friends/family. However I used to do a lot of art work when I was younger before I really started digging into computers and so I can tell you I look at Shannon’s work and it is great. If it were crap, I would have no problem saying so even though she is my sister. Actually being my sister she has a higher possibility of me saying her stuff is crap if it is, you don’t help loved ones by telling them that something is good if it sucks. Eventually someone somewhere is going to tell them it sucks.
I have been struck by her murals and toybox art in particular as being totally amazing but she has sold a lot of portrait art the last few years. When you look at her gallery, that stuff is hand drawn and hand painted. It is ok to think, wow, that is really quite good. Take time to look at the “Animate Nature Mural”, it is incredible. She drew that for her daughter. Every time I visit Shannon I go and look at that mural because it is so cool.
Send her a picture or a couple of pictures and tell her how you want them combined and whammo, a great portrait or pencil art pops out the other side. If you want to order for a holiday though, order early, she was painting/drawing all day every day through December to get all of the work out that was commissioned for Christmas.
