I haven’t been able to download it yet but it is certainly worth a look. People have often heard me say that Quest has some of the best developers who understand and write software for MSFT products outside of Redmond. In fact, there are times when I think some of those guys know more about the MSFT products than some of the the folks inside of MSFT knows because they have to try and reverse out how it works in many cases.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not a Fan Boi for Quest (or MSFT for that matter), quite the contrary. But I do appreciate intelligence when I encounter it and I have spoken with several folks in the Quest product groups and dev guys and they have some seriously smart guys running around there.

That being said, if this sync engine uses SQL server, it gets an immediate –1 from me[1].
