AdFind can now successfully output CSV for a test group that had over a million users (http://blog.joeware.net/2010/12/10/2168/). I am not saying it is rip roaring fast or anything, but it will do it. 
Last night I also added the ability to add an INT8 string to the time decode output through –tdc(s)fmt switches. The request for that feature just hit my inbox a couple of days ago.
