I have long had a personality quirk where the less time I have the more direct I get. Well perhaps I should restate that. I am a very direct person who has learned over the years that when you have the time, take that time to present ideas in a smooth socially acceptable way that allows more people to understand and/or understand without getting their nose out of joint. When I don’t have the time, I revert to my natural state.
